- The SH-8S is a great desktop HP amp. Paired with the Nobsound NS-10P Mini Vacuum Tube Preamp Audio Hi-Fi Stereo Pre-Amplifier Treble & Bass Control (rolling GE JAN 5654W Vacuum Tubes) and utilizing Tidal MQA on my LG V phones (20, 50, and 60) and USB Audio Player PRO. It drives ALL my HP especially the hard-to-drive ones Fostex 50 and 20 and my other planers as well as the 6 series of Sennheisers. I have cables with an Adapter 2.5mm TRRS Balanced Female to 4pin Balanced XLR Male Converter and 4pin Balanced XLR Male Converter for the Sennheiser. It also works great on IEMs.
